About the cottage

The cottage sleeps 6, in 1 twin and 2 double bedrooms. The main double room has an en-suite toilet and walk in shower and there is a second separate bathroom with toilet and rain head walk in shower. The kitchen/diner has a table and seating for 6, fitted with fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave and electric cooker. The washing machine is in the utility room. The lounge has a digital television, free wifi, (suitable for emailing/browsing – will not support large file downloads or video streaming) DVD player and comfortable seating for 6. Logs for the log-burner are included. Duvets, bed linen and towels are provided for use in the cottage.

Both Tesco and Asda deliver to the cottage postcode SA34 0EY, so you can arrange to have your groceries delivered ready for your arrival. The local Spar shop sells most of the essentials, and shuts at 6 pm.

 The garden is enclosed and has a large lawn area for you to enjoy and maybe play outdoor games. Just outside the front door, which faces west and catches the evening sun, there is outdoor dining furniture, so you can sit and watch the sun go down over the Preseli mountains. A portable BBQ is available to borrow.

There is a hard stone driveway with ample parking for vehicles. Entrance to the cottage is off concrete and a ramp is available by prior arrangement, making access suitable for wheelchair users.

Prices are from £410 to £820 per full week.

Pets are charged at £30 per pet per week.

25% non returnable deposit is required to confirm a booking, the balance to be paid 1 calendar month before the start date of the holiday. Payment by cheque to W. B. I. and J. E. Griffiths, or by electronic transfer – details available on request.
